MARY ANN WATSON (nee Sessin), age 78; passed away peacefully on Monday, January 26, 2026. Beloved wife of Jack Watson for 47 years; loving mother of John Watson (Heather) and Amanda Harper (James); dearest grandmother of Joshua, Colleen, Samantha and Scarlett; daughter of the late George and Roma Sessin; sister of Judy Gordon (George, deceased), Rita Tremlin (Robert), Anthony Sessin (Virginia), Georgine Sessin and Joseph Sessin (Anna); beloved aunt, great aunt, cousin and dear friend of many. Mary Ann was a retired, dedicated teacher for Cleveland City Schools for over 35 years and was a devoted parishioner of St. Maron Church, where she founded and led the 50+ Social Club and was a member of the Sodality of the Immaculate Conception. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to St. Maron Church. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Maron Chapel, 7800 Brookside Rd., Independence, Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at the Ripepi Community Center. The Committal Service will be held at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Rd., Seville, Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Family and friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
