Mary Lee Esker

MARY LEE ESKER, age 80; devoted wife of Larry (deceased), the love of her life, for 42 years; loving mother of Michael (Carol), Lorrie Esker, Mary Ramirez (Jeff), Tina Funderwhite (Jimmy) and Lisa Ristagno (Pete); cherished Nana of Alex Petrov and Ryan Ramirez; daughter of the late Madeline Cox; devoted sister of the late Joyce, Cora, Carol, Brenda, Roger and Bobby.  Mary was the backbone of her family even during her battle with cancer, which she went on to overcome.  Her hands were seldom idle as she loved to cook, work puzzles, garden and care for her home.  She was a loving, caring wife and mother, who was fiercely protective of her children and grandchildren.  She will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family and for her unwillingness to give up, even through the most difficult of times. Service at the funeral home, Friday, February 3, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
