MARY WARD of Parma passed away peacefully on October 17, 2026. She was born on August 8, 1931 to the late Kenneth and Pink Woodrum of Montcoal, WV.

She was the eldest of 12 children. She is survived by two wonderful, loving sisters, Edith Williams and Joyce Mills.

Her greatest passion in life was her family. Mary’s life journey blessed her with seven children, 19 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 21 great-great grandchildren. She was a loving grandmother and loving mother to Larry, Clarence, Peggy, Robert, Randy (deceased), Steven and Alice. She was a strong, caring, giving person who was always eager to lend a helping hand with a smile. She volunteered at McCafferty Clinic, West Side Catholic Center and Brookside Center just to name a few. She volunteered for approximately 40 years.

We will cherish our memories. She will always have a special place in our hearts.

Burial will take place at Pineview Cemetery in Orgas, WV.
