Mathias Joseph Hammer Iii

MATHIAS JOSEPH HAMMER III, age 48; of Strongsville. Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 5, 2021. Loving father of Mathias Joseph Hammer IV and Sasha Elizabeth Hammer; beloved son of Mathias J. Hammer II (Judith) and Mary Kohuth (nee Gyurky) (Ronald); dear brother of Monica Speeth (Benjamin), Mark Hammer and Jonathan Hammer (Maegan); grandson of Katharina and the late Mathias Hammer and the late Irene Gyurky; loving uncle of Benjamin, Mina, Marky, Jonathan and Macklin; beloved nephew, cousin and dear friend of many. Matt was a graduate of St. Edward Catholic High School Class of 1991 and studied at Kent State University. He was loved and will be greatly missed. A celebration of life service will be held at Christ Church, 23080 Royalton Rd., Columbia Station, Saturday, July 10, 2021 at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Eastlawn Memory Gardens.
