MICAH IOSEFA LIO, Age 33, of Cleveland, passed away peacefully on Friday October 25, 2024 with his loving wife Marissa by his side. Devoted husband of Marissa (nee Houdek); beloved son of Sam and the late Elizabeth (nee Dillner); dearest brother of Joshua (Alana) and Tavita (Anna); dear uncle of Masina, Matai, Kalani and Juniper; grandson of Loretta Dillner; son in law of Paul and Carla Houdek; brother in law of Colin Houdek (Angela Bohley) and Kevin Houdek; also survived by many dear friends and his dog Lemon.
Micah was born and raised in Butler, PA, and then played football for and graduated from The University of Akron. He and Marissa moved to Baltimore for 5 happy years. When they returned to Cleveland, he worked in the oncology field, a role he excelled in and was extremely passionate about. He was a fervent protector of the ones he loved, with a positive demeanor and a vibrant and lovable personality. He enjoyed sports, good food, travel and trying new things. But, most of all, spending time with those he loved. He will be missed immensely and his memory will be forever carried forward by all who knew him.
