Michael Robert Frate

MICHAEL ROBERT FRATE, passed away at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center on August 29, 2019. Michael is predeceased by his parents Rose (nee Sansone) and Joseph Frate and his brother JoJo.  Michael is survived by his brother Phillip and his two children, Michael (Megan) and Sandra (Ivan).  Michael is lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Dominic, Natalie, Liliana, Angelica, and Olivia.  Michael enjoyed playing music and baseball, and spending time with his family and friends at Empirical.  Empirical Sound was Michael’s company since 1971, of which he was the owner and operator.  Michael is also a U.S. Navy Veteran.  Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home, Sunday September 1, 2019 at 5 p.m.  Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) SUNDAY 1-5 P.M.
