MICHAEL F. HAYEK, age 72; passed away Sunday, August 9, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Phyllis (nee Durma); loving father of Deana Sockman (Douglas), Marc Hayek, Robert Hansen (Kimberly), and Michelle Blair (James); dearest grandfather of Raina Lourdes and Mara Faith Sockman, Robbie and Jacob Hansen, Meghan and Colin Blair; son of the late Gabriel and Agnes; brother of Robert; beloved brother-in-law, uncle, and friend of many; U.S. Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cleveland Clinic Hospice, 9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44195 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Mass of Christian Burial at Mary Queen of the Apostles Parish, 6455 Engle Rd., Brook Park, Thursday, August 13 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 12 FROM 4-8 P.M.
