Michel Achkar

MICHEL ACHKAR, age 70; passed away peacefully on the Feast of the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021. Beloved husband of Aline (nee Nasr); loving father of Wissam (Erica), Ziad (Nadine) and Jad; dearest grandfather of Michael, Marc and Elaina; dear brother of Leila Achkar, Louis Achkar and Daad Chamoun; beloved uncle of many. Michel was a retired Brigadier General in the Lebanese Army. He will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions to St. Maron Church, 7800 Brookside Rd., Independence, OH 44131. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Maron Church, 1245 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 11 a.m. Interment Whitehaven Memorial Park.
