PATRICK M. BAKER “Boomer”, age 56, passed away suddenly Saturday, September 19, 2020; beloved son of Maynard (deceased) and Patricia; loving brother of Jack (Dawn) and Traci; cherished uncle of Promise, Kendal and John; proud longtime active member and advocate of Alcoholics Anonymous and other related organizations.  His mission was to help people in need to fight the addiction.  He will be greatly missed by many.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Sobriety in Motion, 7503 Spafford Rd., Cleveland, OH 44105 www.sobrietyinmotion.com .
