PAUL R. SCHMIDT, age 82, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. Beloved husband of JoAnn (nee Vanario) for 46 years; loving father of Renee Peterson (deceased), Gretchen Mosley (Michael), Sophia Platt (Bernie), Salvatore Mannarino (deceased), Michael Mannarino, Donald Woodyard and Tina Webb (Rick); dearest grandfather of 18; great-grandfather of 19. Paul was a proud U.S. Army Veteran. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve www.hospicewr.org.
