Peter P. Gawry

PETER P. GAWRY, age 81; devoted life partner of Janet; cherished grandfather of John and Ed Knappage; dearest son of the late Mitchell and Stella Gawry; loving brother of Beatrice Bengston and the late Donna Ledin, Joseph Gawry and Virginia Becka; best friend of Ron Wick, Frank Papp and the late Bob Brown; U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.  Peter was a retired Middleburg Heights Police Officer, a member of the American Legion Post 91 and VFW Post 6676.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and raising his grandchildren.  All services private.
