Beloved husband of Geri Cipriani for 63 years; loving father of Giovanni Michael Cipriani & Alexsondra Cipriani; dearest grandfather of Ashley, Kasandra, Sandra & Angela Cipriani; son of the late Frank and Mary (nee Leone) Cipriani; brother of Joseph Cipriani & the late Antoinette, Delores & Anthony Cipriani; brother-in-law to Lee & Rosemary Edmison; great-grandfather to Liliana & Aiden Burke; loving uncle & dear friend of many. Phil was a retired restauranteur, founder & owner of PC Vending Company. Legend amongst all who knew him. True leader and head of his family. His loss will be greatly mourned by many.
