Loving father of Alexander (Samantha) and Laura van Varik (Brendan); brother of Terrence (Lidia), Mark (Jayne) and Constance Kacik; son of the late Leonard Kacik and Dorothy Kacik (nee Hasek). Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
