Rev. John G. Crawford

REV. JOHN G. CRAWFORD, Age 90, retired in residence at St. Francis De Sales Church. Beloved son of the late John and Agnes (nee Bahler); loving cousin of Dan and Joann Castle and family. Fr. Crawford was born February 20, 1933 and passed away March 4, 2023. He was ordained May 18, 1963. During his ministry Fr. Crawford was on the faculty of Notre Dame College and served as Associate Pastor at St. Gregory the Great Parish, South Euclid, St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Gates Mills and St. Mary Parish, Painesville. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Mary Seminary, 28700 Euclid Ave., Wickliffe, OH  44092, https://www.catholiccommunity.org/who-we-support/catholic-worship-formation .  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis De Sales Church, 3434 George Ave., Parma, Friday March 10, 2023 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Most Rev. Roger Gries, Principal Celebrant. The wake will begin at St. Francis De Sales Church, Thursday March 9, 2023 with vespers at 3 p.m. and will continue until 6:30 p.m. The Most Rev. Martin J. Amos will preside.
