RICHARD J. BIBRO, age 52, born July 22, 1967 of Frankfort, KY, passed away unexpectedly on July 25, 2019 in Frankfort, KY. Richard is survived by his significant other, Becky; daughter Theresa Ann (Dana); son Sebastian (Sherri); granddaughter Adaline; parents Terence and Patricia Bibro; brothers Joseph and Terence; sister Mary Ann; nephews Shane and Luke, along with several aunts, uncles and many friends. A celebration of life has already been held in Frankfort, KY. RIDE ON. FOREVER FREE.
