RICHARD J. DEMPSEY, age 83; beloved father of Richard Dempsey, Natalie Dempsey, Joseph Dempsey, Brian Dempsey and Rene Melendez; grandfather of Lisa, Ashley, Amanda, Patrick, Luis Jr., Kayla, Sofia and Maya; great-grandfather of three; son of the late James and Cecilia Dempsey; brother of Lucille Bath-Trahan (Yvon), Mary Lou Polchek (Charles), Robert Dempsey (Patricia), Terrance Dempsey (Lynn), Linda Sheppard (Stephen) and James E. Dempsey (Margaret). A celebration of life will be held at the RIPEPI COMMUNITY CENTER, 5784 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY, AUGUST 22, 2022 FROM 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. with a prayer service at 1 p.m.  Final resting place Holy Cross Cemetery.
