RICHARD J. FORGACH, age 76; beloved husband of Mary Ann (nee Knautz); loving father of Susan Marie Fadenholz (deceased), Connie Marie Jung (Kenneth A.) and Richard Paul Forgach (Lisa); devoted grandpa of Chelsea, Richard, Sara and Alyssa; great-grandfather of Carter and Colton; son of the late Paul and Helen Forgach; dear brother of Bro. Paul Forgach, SM (deceased), Elaine Butkovic (Carl) (both deceased), Virginia Sadosky (Pete, deceased), Rudolph (Maryanne, deceased), Bernard (Carol), Lawrence (Lynn), Leonard (Janet) (both deceased), Philip (deceased) and Jane (deceased); brother-in-law of James Spring and Niki Spring; uncle, cousin and friend of many. Richard enjoyed hunting, fishing and family picnics. He was a retired Cleveland Police Lieutenant, member of Cleveland FOP Lodge 8, Anchor Club branch No. 17, the Greater Cleveland Safety Forces, Holy Name Society and the Polish American Police Association.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 6750 State Rd., Parma, Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), FRIDAY 2-8 P.M.
