RICHARD SCHERER, age 59, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2024. Beloved son of Stefan Scherer and Margaret Bilchik; loving partner of Patty Hajnosz (nee Belluardo); dearest brother of Ruth Seiberling (Kurt), Rena Ondak (Jim), Raymond Scherer (Marianne), Rose Stec (Jim) and Robin Kara (Dale, deceased); father of Adam (deceased), Ashley and Alivia; grandfather of Grayson; uncle, great-uncle and dear friend of many. Service at the funeral home Friday, July 19, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. Family and friends will be received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), THURSDAY 3-7 P.M.
