RICHARD L. THEVENIN, age 78; loving husband of Vada (nee Stewart) for 56 years; beloved father of Richard (Celia) and Mark (Tina); grandfather of Jennifer ( Jonathon), Jeanette, Hillary, Casie, Brandon (Jen), Tyler (Gabby) and Brittany; great-grandfather of six; son of the late John and Anna (nee Angel); brother of Juanita, Jerry and the late Junior and Paul. Richard was retired from LTV Steel. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and camp. Richard was also a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching the races on Sundays. Funeral Service at the funeral home Sunday June 28, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. Interment Graceland Memorial Park in Charleston, WV. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), Sunday 2-5 p.m. with social distancing.
