Robert Michael Verdile

ROBERT “BOB” MICHAEL VERDILE, age 84, passed away on Christmas Eve. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary Ann (nee Cassano) for 60 years, his sons Michael (Jackie) and John (Jenifer), his sister Eleanor, grandchildren Samantha and Michael Jr., beloved cousins, nieces and nephews, and thousands of friends; brother-in-law of Gerri Salupo (Ron) and William Cassano (Anita). He was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas, and his mother, Sue (nee Caporaso). Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He proudly served the city of Parma Heights for 30 years as a Councilman and Economic Director. He also served as President of the Parma Chamber of Commerce for one  year. He was a Trustee of Parma Community General Hospital for 17 years and member of the Health Foundation, a parishioner of St. Bridget of Kildare Parish, member of the Holy Name Society and so much more.
