Rosa Fogliani

ROSA FOGLIANI (nee Gattarello), age 82; passed away unexpectedly Thursday, August 8, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Nunzio; loving mother of Angela Cario (Carmelo) and Anna Roman (Jorge); dearest grandmother of Francesca Ritson (husband Nick), Valentino Cario (wife Nikole), Fabrizio Cario, Michela Cario, Rosalina Roman, Benicio Roman, Giovanni Roman and Rocco Roman; daughter of the late Antonino and Anna (nee Pultrone) Gattarello of Sicily. Rosa was a devoted mother and Nonna. She was strong willed and dedicated to her family. She was a seamstress for Joseph & Feiss and later was the owner of Rosa’s Alterations and Cleaners. She persevered many health problems. Her love for Sicily never left her heart and her life was her family. Member of the Holy Family Sodality. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rocco Church, 3205 Fulton Rd., Cleveland, Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. She will be entombed with her husband in the St. Jude Mausoleum at Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) TUESDAY, August 13, 2024 from 3-7 p.m.
