RUTH A. BAYER (nee Hicks), age 89, passed away Monday, February 23, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Willis E. Bayer; dearest daughter of the late Earl and Frieda Hicks; beloved cousin and dear friend. All services are private. Final resting place Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
