SALVATORE A. CARONITE, age 92; beloved husband of the late Mary Louise (nee Arnold) for 61 years; loving father of Josephine Smithers (Robert), Sally Merolla (Joseph) and Bill (Laurie); devoted grandfather of Robert Smithers, Matthew Smithers, Joseph Merolla (Amy), Jessica Merolla, Nicole and Anthony Caronite; son of the late Biagio and Josephine (nee Sotera); brother of the late Maryann Consolo (Vincent); beloved uncle, great-uncle, brother-in-law and dear friend of many. Sal was a proud U.S. Army Veteran and a well-loved barber for over 67 years. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Columbkille Church, 6740 Broadview Rd., Parma, Monday, September 16, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.  Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
