SCOTT PRICE, SR., age 85; beloved husband of Hazel (nee Bledsoe-Ash) for 31 years; loving father of Scott Price, Jr. (Melinda), Vincent Nye Price (deceased), Carrie Wellert (Craig Sr.), Brian Price (Tracey) and Sue Mullen (Brian); step-father of Tommy Ash (Karleen); grandfather of Leesha, Logan, Kevin, Mindy, Cassie, Nathan, Craig Jr., Mary, Garret, Cydney, Kailey, Gavin and Carrie Ann; great-grandfather of Allison, Ryan, Jaclyn, Laurie, Anthony, Sarah, Oliver, Kenslee, Landon, Maverick, Broderick, Raeland, Amelia, Penelope, Josie, Remini, Kolly, Sadie, Westin, Lia and Spencer. Scott passed away peacefully at his home in the early hours of Thursday, April 17th, 2025.

Former husband of the late Mary Price. Brother of John, Nina, Jack, Alfred, Doc, Nye and Joy (all deceased).

Scott held multiple positions throughout his career, including the Ford Motor Company, ultimately retiring from H&H Molded Products. Although he excelled at his occupation, his true love and talent revolved around making music.

Over the years, Scott has played an instrumental part of his children’s, grandchildren’s, and great-grandchildren’s lives. He and his adoring wife, Hazel, have shared many memories of times growing up in West Virginia. He will be deeply missed.

Calling hours will be MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2025, 11 A.M. – 1 P.M. at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.). Prayer service will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. The Interment will immediately follow at Riverside Cemetery.
