SHIRLEY D. FRYZEL, (Dvorak) (nee Jack), age 89; loving mother of Timothy Dvorak (Denise), Rick Dvorak (Sharon), Rodney Dvorak (Victoria), Robin Kossuth (Al) and the late Shelly Bierschwal; dearest grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of thirteen; great-great grandmother of one; sister of the late Mayme Koly, Harriet Henz, Howard Jack and Elaine Gorman; beloved aunt and dear friend of many. Member of the O.E.S. Ellbrook chapter no. 408 and VFW post 1974 ladies auxiliary. A celebration of Shirley's life will be held at the Funeral Home, Thursday, October 15 at 10 a.m. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), WEDNESDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 P.M.
