SOOMINTRA SUKHU, Age 89; passed away Sunday February 16, 2025. Loving wife of the late Rikhi Sukhu; beloved mother of Tejpaul Rikhi (deceased), Girdharry Rikhi, Lilmathy “Drophaty” Rikhi, Narinedat “Shamnarine” Rikhi (deceased), Chandarpaul Rikhi, Rejendra “Rohit” Rikhi, Khamwathy “Khem” Tulshi, Bhanmaty “Krishnawaty” Samaroo and Deonarine “Mahendra” Rikhi; cherished grandmother of 19; great grandmother of 22; great great grandmother of two; sister of six; aunt, cousin and dear friend of many. The family will receive friends to pay tribute and celebrate the life of Soomintra at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), TUESDAY February 18, 2025 from 5-9 p.m. and FUNERAL SERVICE, Wednesday February 19, 2025 from 9-11 a.m. Cremation to follow at Ripepi Crematory.
