Stephen John Richnafsky, Sr.

STEPHEN JOHN RICHNAFSKY, SR., age 75; loving husband of Nancy (nee Urbassik) for 52 years; beloved father of Stephen John, Jr. (Scylina) and Keith (Emily); dearest grandfather of Nicholas, Anasuya, Karishma, Cooper, Cali, and Ella; pet grandpa of Halo and Shadow; son of the late Stephen John and Elizabeth; brother of Verna (Paul) Jurkovich, Richard (Susan, deceased), John (Pam), Maryann (Ralph) (both deceased), Barbara (deceased) (Al), and Robert (deceased); uncle, great uncle, and dear friend of many. Stephen retired from the Lincoln Electric Company after 40 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan, and enjoyed the import car scene. Stephen was raised on a farm when he was young and would spend time helping out at the Johnson Farm in his free time. Stephen’s favorite song was “The Wind Beneath My Wings” by Beth Miller. He would lend a helping hand to anyone who would ask and will be dearly missed. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Northeast Ohio SPCA, www.northeastohiospca.org . Mass of Christian Burial at St. Albert the Great Church, 6667 Wallings Rd., North Royalton, Thursday February 11, 2021 at 12 p.m. (Please meet at church). Final Resting Place Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), WEDNESDAY FROM 3-7 P.M. with masks and social distancing.
