STEVE KOPCHU, age 74; beloved husband of Sheilah (nee Redden) for 55 years; loving father of Steve, Jr., Shawn (Maria), Stephanie Hansel (Matthew) and Seth Andrew (Laura); dearest grandfather of Corporal Shawn USMC, Oscar, Madison Hansel, Myles Hansel and Brielle Hansel; son of the late Michael and Mary (nee Alberino); brother of Paula Williams, Rosemary Seidl (deceased) (Paul), Joseph (Shawna), Donna Husel (William) and Michael (Kris); beloved uncle, cousin and dear friend of many.  Steve was a proud U.S. Navy veteran, member of UAW Local 1250 and retired from Ford Motor Co. Service at the funeral home, Friday, February 16, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
