Ted was pre-deceased by Theodore O. Lobaugh, Jr. Service at the Funeral Home, Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. Private interment. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), SATURDAY FROM 3-6 P.M.
