THOMAS TRUSSO, age 86 of Seven Hills, born Gaetano Trusso Cafarello in Tortorici, Sicily on October 20, 1940, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2026. Beloved husband of Nunziatina (nee Caprino Campana); loving and devoted father of Michael Trusso (Angela), Lorie Scalish (Sam) and Natalie Trusso; dearest Nonno of Marco Scalish and Valentina Scalish; son of Sebastian and Giuseppa Bellito Grillo (both deceased); brother of Josephine Costanzo (Joseph) (both deceased), Joseph Trusso (deceased) (Angelina), Anthony Trusso (deceased) (Josephine), Sarina DiMaria (Frank, deceased) and Rita Farone (deceased) (Charles). Also survived by many relatives and friends in the United States, Sicily and Australia. Tommy was a Vice Chairman for Local 1748 of the United Transportation Union, representing members of the Cuyahoga Valley Railway Track Gang at LTV Steel. He was an avid golfer and a bocce ball champion. Tommy enjoyed playing cards at the Seven Hills Recreation Center, attending Columbus Day in Little Italy, telling stories, but most of all spending time with his family. He was loved and will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Columbkille Church, 6740 Broadview Rd., Parma, Saturday October 31, 2026 at 10 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery.
