VINCENZINA “VINCIE” AVENOSO, Age 93; born in Cittanova, Reggio Calabria, Italy. Beloved wife of the late Dominic; loving mother of Mary; daughter of the late Frank and Mary Mamone; sister of the late Giovanna Rao, Catherina Salvadore and Vincent Mamone; aunt and great aunt. Vincie was a faith-filled, good-hearted woman who loved her family and friends. She enjoyed sharing her Italian heritage, cooking and baking traditions. The fall and Christmas were her favorite times of the year. She loved flowers, music and classic movies. Above all she was a wonderful and beautiful mother. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Rocco Church, 3205 Fulton Rd., Wednesday January 8, 2025 at 12:30 p.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received at THE RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD.
