VITO C. MENACORE, age 84, passed away peacefully Friday, September 26, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Lucy (nee Seccia) for 63 years; loving father of Margaret Wichert (Robert, deceased), Salvatore Menacore (Melanie), Frances Stumpf (Russell) and Maria Niro (David); dearest grandfather of Angela Morris (David), Robert Wichert (Julie), Brenda Stumpf, Tracie Hulbert (Curt), Clint Stumpf (Kelly), Bethany Duffield (Jimmy), Christopher Niro and Julia Niro; great-grandfather of Andrew, Abbey, Cody, Bella and Carson; brother of Salvatrice Butterfield (Robert, deceased); loving uncle of many. Vito was a pioneer of mass merchandising in the grocery and drug store industry and retired as a stock broker from Merrill Lynch; he will be greatly missed. The family suggests contributions to the St. Basil Liturgical Tribute Fund, 8700 Brecksville Rd., Brecksville, OH 44141. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Basil the Great Church, Tuesday, September 30 at 10 a.m. (please meet at church). Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME, 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.), MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 FROM 3-8 P.M.
