WILLIAM L. ALLEN “Buzz”, age 55; father of Megan Masters-Allen; beloved son of Berda and the late Robert; loving brother of John (Shannon), Peggy Allen-Shepard (Daniel), Barb Forestor (Brian), Rob (Cindy) and James (Kris); uncle of Thomas, Danny, Joshua, Jacob, Alyssa, Ashley, Michael, Sara, Jillian, Abby and Cara; great-uncle of Kayle, Emily, Gage, Colton and Silas; cousin and friend of many. Buzz was “the voice of Cleveland”, officiated and entertained at many weddings and other celebrations. He will be greatly missed. U.S. Army Desert Storm Veteran. A private family service with Military Honors will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. A celebration of life will be announced.
