WILLIAM L. BELANGER, age 76; beloved husband of the late Elaine; loving father of Wendy Belanger (deceased), Desiree Waypa (Stephen) and Shad Belanger (Jen); grandfather of Wendy Waypa, Brendan Waypa and Aralyn Belanger. William had a fun loving spirit and wonderful sense of humor. Friends and family are invited to attend a graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14609 Brookpark Rd., Brook Park, Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
