WILLIAM “CARL” FITZWATER, age 70; beloved husband of the late Stella (nee Purge); loving father of Joseph Mrugacz (deceased), Angela McIlvain (Tom Porach), William C. Fitzwater (Izabell), Deborah Meeker (Robert) and Ty McIlvain; loving grandfather of Rachael, Rylee and Sophia; great-grandfather of Julianna; loving brother of June Triplett and the late Ray Fitzwater; dear uncle and friend of many; U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran.
