WILLIAM "BILLY" TURNEY age 57, beloved husband of Kathy (nee Truman), loving father of Jessica Davis and Miranda Freeman, stepfather of Cheryl Skinner (Robert), grandfather of four, dearest son of Joan Gora and the late William Turney, brother of Donna Palmer (Dallas), Bonnie Turney, Linda Turney, Terrie Gora, and the late Tammy , beloved uncle of many, longtime friend of Pete Fitzwater. Services at the Funeral Home Monday October 27 at 7 P.M. Friends received at RIPEPI FUNERAL HOME 5762 PEARL RD. (AT SNOW RD.) MONDAY 3-7 P.M.
